Services We Offer

Standard Cleaning – cleaning bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, light dusting, wiping down counters
and front of appliances.

Deep Cleaning – cleaning windows, window seals, baseboards, ceiling fans, plus everything in the
standard cleaning.

Move out/Move in Cleaning- clean out kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, wiping doors and outlets
plus everything in the deep cleaning.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
Yes. Your complete satisfaction, and a cleaner home is guaranteed. If you are not
entirely pleased with our services please let us know after you have done your
final walk with us. If you see anything that is not up to your expectation, we will re
clean that area.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR REFERRALS?
Yes we do. We pride ourselves in the quality of our service, so we believe that
customer referrals are the highest form of compliment that we can receive. To
encourage this type of word of mouth promotion that is significant to our business
we have a Referral Rewards Program. If you refer five people to us we will give
you a standard cleaning for free.

WHAT TIMES ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO CLEAN?
Bella Commercial & Residential Cleaning Service hours of operations are Saturday
and Sunday, closed during the week unless you have made arrangements for a
weekday cleaning. Appointment times start at 9:30 am and our last appointment
of the day starts as late as 3:00 pm.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY CLEANING DAY?
We ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items before our arrival so we
can focus our time and efforts on dirt and grime, not putting things in their proper places.
SHOULD I PROVIDE ANY OF THE CLEANING PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT?​
We will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment to efficiently clean
your home. If you do prefer that we use your cleaning supplies, or if you have any
special products that you need used; we are more than happy to accommodate
your needs and use anything that you supply.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash or zelle

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND LOCKOUT POLICY?
We understand that an unforeseen event may occur that which may create a need
to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We require at least a 2
business day notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Once
you make an appointment with us a time slot is reserved for you and we turn
away other potential clients in order to ensure your appointment. In the event of
cancellation with less than 2 business day notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be
charged. Same applies if we are locked out and cannot gain access to your home.

DO YOU CHARGE A DEPOSIT?
Yes we do. We charge a $50 nonrefundable deposit to hold your time slot. This will be be deducted
from your total.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS BROKEN WHILE YOU ARE CLEANING MY
HOUSE?
It is our utmost honor to be in your home, and because we wish to treat your
home with the same great care and respect as we do our own, on the rare event
that we do break something during the course of cleaning while in your residence,
we will make every effort to repair or replace the item through our insurer.
